Membership packages were introduces in Realty 2.2. If you want to give users the ability to subscribe to different packages on your site in order to submit properties then you have to enable memberships first. Therefore go to Appearance > Theme Options > Property Submit >Property Submit Type and select “Memberships”.
Create Membership Packages
To start creating your package plans go to Memberships > Add New Package. You will see a screen where you can add “Package Details” as shown below:
The package we created in the screenshot above is charging $149 per year (you can choose any currency of your liking in the theme options) and allows the user to publish 50 regular and 10 featured listings. "medium" is the unique Stripe Package ID. Set the "activate" checkbox in order for this package to be available for purchase on the frontend.
How To Create Subscription Plans In Stripe
PayPal doesn't require any additional subscription plan setup, but Stripe does. If you haven't already done so visit https://stripe.com/ to create an account for free. Once logged-in go to "Plans" on the left-hand side under "Subscriptions", then click "+ New", see screenshot below:
Display Membership Packages On Your Wesbite
To show your membership packages on the frontend you can insert the Visual Composer element "Membership Packages" on any page or use the "Realty - Membership Packages" widget to add this feature to any sidebar.
